Davis Fall

The waterfall was named after a Swiss woman drowned here but because of pronunciation issues, it became Devi's Waterfall. It is one of the finest waterfalls of Nepal. The water falls from a height of 70 meters and after hitting the bottom, it disappears since it enters into a long tunnel. Fell the strong current of water near the fall.

Gupteshwar Mahadev Cave

Also known as Bhalu Dulo in the local language, it is said that it is one of the longest caves in Nepal with a length of almost 2,000 meters. But this is not just any cave as you can find a statue of Lord Shiva just 40-50 meters in the cave. Many people take out their slippers and shoes before entering the cave because of religious reasons.

Bindhyabasini Temple

Built in 1842 B.S., it is considered to be one of the oldest temples of Nepal. When the king of Kaski, Siddhi Narayan Malla had a vision of building a temple dedicated to Goddess Bindhyabasini at the same location, he began the construction of the temple without any delay. He even sent laborers to Uttar Pradesh to bring a statue of the goddess and that’s how the legends of the temple go. The temple is now a center of religious practices and prayers.

Phewa Lake

The calmness of the Lake and the reflection of both the Dhaulagiri and Annapurna mountain ranges in its water is a visual delight for all those people who come to explore this place. There is also a temple situated at the center of the Lake and you can also go for a boat ride on the lake.

Barahi Temple

Another sacred temple of Nepal is located on a small island at the center of the Phewa Lake. It is another reason why so many people flock to Phewa Lake other than its scenic beauty and calmness.

5:00 AM: Don’t snooze the alarm on the 3rd day otherwise you will miss the beautiful sunrise. Wake up early and we will head towards the famous Sarangkot sunrise point. You will be left speechless by the spectacular view of the sunrise with mountains and clear sky. Take some amazing pictures of the sunrise, enjoy the view, and then return back to the hotel for breakfast.

3:00 PM: After you complete Bhaktapur Durbar Square sightseeing, you will be transferred to your hotel. You will have spare time in the evening during which you can explore the local market of Kathmandu, go shopping, and enjoy the local delicacies of Nepal.

Bhaktapur Durbar Square

The splendid sculpture, architecture, and woodcarvings of the durbar square will leave you speechless. Through this Durbar, you can relive the royal era of Nepal when the entire region used to be ruled by Kings and Queens.

10:00 AM: Enjoy your breakfast at the hotel and then our full day of Kathmandu sightseeing will begin on the 4th day. On this day, we will cover all the major UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Our 4th day will begin with a visit to the famous Pashupatinath Temple, one of the most sacred temples for Hindus. Awaken your spirituality at the temple and seek blessing from Lord Pashupatinath, the lord of animals. Our next destination will be Boudhunath Stupa, located just 2 km away from Pashupatinath Temple. Enjoy your time at one of the oldest stupas in Nepal, and have your lunch near the stupa. Our evening tour will begin with a visit to Patan Durbar Square and then we will head to our final destination of the day Swayambhunath Stupa, more popularly known as Monkey Temple.

5:00 PM: You will be escorted back to your hotel and during your free time, you can explore the local markets of Kathmandu, try local food, and enjoy the vibrant culture of the city through the chaos and crowd.

Pashupatinath Temple

One of the most ancient and sacred temples of Nepal that is visited by thousands of pilgrims every day for blessings and prayers. According to the records, the temple was built during the 5th century BCE and this temple is also considered as a part of the sacred Kedarnath Temple. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site and it is said that your pilgrimage tour to Nepal is never complete without a visit to this temple. Also, only Hindus are allowed to enter the premises of the temple and everybody else can enjoy the beauty of the temple from outside.

Boudhunath Stupa

A sacred site for Buddhists listed in the UNESCO World Heritage Site. The stupa is also known as Khasi Chaitya and the structure of the stupa along with its gigantic size is the highlight of the spot. You will always see many pilgrims doing circumambulation of the stupa as it is believed that circumambulation around the stupa washes away your sins and frees your soul of any worries and hatred. Although there is no proof, it is believed that the stupa was built anywhere around the 14th century CE by a pair of mother and son. This is another must-visit place in Nepal.

Swayambhunath Stupa

The stupa is located on the top of a hill called Semgu Hill and apart from the religious importance and cultural significance of the stupa, you also get to enjoy a panoramic view of Kathmandu. This is the main reason why this place is visited by both pilgrims and tourists alike. You will have to climb 365 steps to reach the top of the hill where the stupa is situated or you can simply take your car through the road made to reach the stupa directly. The stupa was made by King King Manadeva and now it has become one of the most popular religious sites.

As you will be completing your breakfast on the 5th day, the time to bid farewell to Nepal will be near. Our team member will take you to the airport, 3 hours before the arrival of your flight for smooth check in at the airport. He will then bid farewell at the gate and wish you a happy journey.
