The tour will commence with the bustling capital city of Nepal; Kathmandu. This is the most important and visited city in Nepal since it is considered as a kickstart point for Nepal tour. You will be provided with cozy beds in reputed and well-rated hotels and provided fulfilling breakfast every morning. But this is not it as there is more waiting for you.

Arrival: Our representative will meet you at the Kathmandu Airport and then take you to the hotel. Check in to the hotel and get refreshed. There will be a briefing in the evening organized by our representative where you will be informed about the upcoming days and plans.
*Depending upon the time of your arrival, if you have free time on the day of your arrival, you can take a stroll in the local market of Kathmandu and try the local street food. If the flight is delayed, the briefing will be held the next morning.
8:30 AM: After a lip-smacking breakfast at the hotel, we will hit the roads of Kathmandu in a fully A/C private cab to explore the different heritage and cultural sites of Kathmandu and nearby areas. We will kickstart our amazing day with Swayambhunath Stupa and then carry on with our heritage and cultural journey by visiting Pashupatinath Temple (8 km from Swayambhunath Stupa) and Boudhanath (3.6 km from Pashupatinath Temple).
Swayambhunath Stupa
This is the oldest stupa in Nepal and it holds a lot of cultural and religious importance. It has a huge premise in which there are many monasteries and beautiful shrines. It was built back in 460 A.D. and the word Swayambhu means 'self-existent one'. After thousands of years, it has now become the center of spirituality for Buddhist people and a major attraction among tourists. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Pashupatinath Temple
According to Skanda Purana, Pashupatinath Temple is the most sacred Shiva Kshetras (abodes of Shiva). According to Hindu beliefs, the temple is a part of the popular Kedarnath Temple, and therefore, one shouldn't skip this temple while visiting Nepal. Even if you are not on a spiritual journey, the architecture, peace and the scenic view from the temple will surely leave you mesmerized.
Boudhunath
It is another important addition to the heritage and culture tour of Nepal. The Boudhunath is a semi-circled-shaped stupa in Kathmandu that is believed to have remains and relics of Buddha himself. According to the data, it is the biggest spherical stupa on the planet. For Tibetian Buddhists, it is the most sacred site outside Tibet. The stupa represents the minds of all the Buddhists on the planet.
3:00 AM: At 3'o clock, after completing our visit to the different cultural and heritage sites, we will head towards Kathmandu Durbar Square. It is just 8.5 km from Boudha Stupa. After a brief tour of Durbar Square, we will head back to the hotel to unwind and prepare for the next day.
Kathmandu Durbar Square
This is the same place where once, the king of Nepal was legitimized and crowned. The king used to rule from Durbar Square and that's why this place holds so much importance in the culture and history of Nepal. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site and belongs to the list of the three Durbar Squares in the Kathmandu Valley. There is also a three-storied Kumari Chouk Temple, located in the Durbar Square.
8:30 AM: After a fulfilling breakfast at the hotel, we will continue our sightseeing in a private cab. Our first stop of the day will be Krishna Mandir. It is located at a distance of 6 km from the heart of Kathmandu. After a blissful start, we will then head towards Jagat Narayan Mandir located just 1 km from Krishna Mandir. After seeking blessings at the Jagat Narayan Mandir, we will cover a distance of 8.4 km south of Krishna Mandir to reach Machchhendranath Temple.
Krishna Mandir
The famous temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna and is built in the Indian Subcontinental architectural style basis. The spirals in the architecture of the temple accentuate the overall look and the religious importance of this place can't be ignored. This temple was built by King Siddhi Narsing Malla in the 17th Century and it is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You can easily spot the Newari-style architecture in the foundation of the temple.
Jagat Narayan Mandir
This Mandir is famous among tourists for its enormous pillars and statues. This temple was built in 1855 A.D by Jagat Sumsher, brother of Gen. There are two courtyards in the Mandir. The smaller one houses small temples of Lord Shiva and the main courtyard consists of Jagat Narayan Mandir. You can spot images of Lord Vishnu carved on the stone walls of the Mandir.
Machchhendranath Temple
This is a temple of Seto Machindranath and is situated in Jana Bahal. Seto Machindranath is a deity worshiped both by Hindus and Buddhists. During the popular festival Jana Baha Dyah Jatra, the image of the deity is carried on a chariot and paraded in Kathmandu. If you are in search of peace and wish to applaud the amazing architecture of a beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Site, you must visit Machchhendranath Temple.
2:00 AM: After lunch at whichever place you want, we will carry forward our journey, and our next stop will be Patan Durbar Square, located at a distance of 7.1 km from Machchhendranath Temple. Then, we will cover a distance of 11 km to reach the final destination of our day; Bhaktapur Durbar Square.
Patan Durbar Square
It is a major tourist attraction of Nepal and it consists of a wide array of shrines, ancient places, and temples that are praised for their architecture. There is also a museum in the Darbar Square. It is one of the three Durbar Square and is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There are more than 55 temples, 600 stupas, and almost 136 courtyards in the Patan Durbar Square.
Bhaktapur Durbar Square
This Durbar Square used to be the royal palace of the Hindu Malla Dynasty till the 15th Century. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and it has many courtyards, splendid temples, and beautiful shrines. The Durbar Square is nothing less than a museum of medieval architecture and art that must be explored by every type of tourist in Nepal.
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be taken to the Airport in a private cab, almost 3 hours before the arrival of your flight. Our representative will bid farewell to you at the entry gate and wish you a safe journey.
